Website Designer - Gauteng
We are looking for a middle weight Interactive designer with great design & technical skills to work on our digital project and UI challenges:
Competencies
- Create visual concepts and online UI solutions for a variety of digital mediums.
- Create and lead the design implementation of projects incorporating copy, innovative visual design and brand assets, while being mindful of usability and web best practices
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to continuously improve the brand and user experience
- Investigate new form of UI innovation for future projects.
Essential knowledge & skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc)
- Solid understanding of navigation for maximizing usability.
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, web technologies and their strengths/limitations.
- Ability to create new design concepts from scratch.
Desirable knowledge
- HTML5
